There are so many reviews out for Dollhouse now that I really don’t want to post them all. Here is what some of them have been saying about Amy and/or her character Dr. Saunders.
Amy Acker (an actress I’m happy to see anywhere) is the seemingly fragile doctor who cares for the Actives. – zap2it.com
Try as much as you want, Mr. Whedon. No amount of artificial scarring will ever make Amy Acker ugly. – tvsquad.com
…and the quiet, scar-faced medical doctor, Claire Saunders (Amy Acker, “Alias,” “Angel”). Acker had about five lines, but I liked them all. She’s been fantastic whether playing the sweet, doe-eyed Fred on “Angel” or the murderous Peyton on “Alias,” and since they went to the trouble of giving her scars, she’s got to have some kind of story. – pioneerlocal.com
…even Amy Acker’s presence is a warm welcome… – ifmagazine.com
Amy Acker (Fred on “Angel”) plays a timid and scarred – literally, her face is all cut up – physical therapist whose depressing back story will undoubtedly unfold with Echo in tow. I’m guessing, too, that the good doctor will be an ally for Echo as she remembers more and more. – blog.al.com
